Do I have to host with you?
No. We look after websites on any good host. Websites on our hosting get faster fixes because we control everything.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
Yes. We start with the free check-up so we both know exactly what we are taking on.
What counts as changes and fixes?
Text and photo changes, small layout tweaks and troubleshooting. Unused time does not roll over, and we always tell you before using it.
What if an update breaks something?
We roll it back from the backup taken just before, fix the problem and explain what happened in plain English.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are discounted. No exit fees.
