Are you a hosting reseller?
No. We manage our hosting ourselves, which is why we can promise response times and fix problems at the source.
What does "fully managed" mean?
We look after everything on the hosting side: the server, its security and updates, speed, backups and monitoring. There is no control panel to learn and nothing technical for you to do. You simply log in to edit your website as usual.
I have several websites. Can you host them all?
Yes. Each website gets its own plan and is managed and backed up separately, and we offer a discount when you host more than one. For many or very busy websites, a fully managed dedicated server (from $399 a month) is often the better fit. Ask us for a quote.
Can I get a hosting account to put my own websites on?
No. We do not sell reseller or shared hosting accounts. Every website we host is set up, managed and looked after by our team.
Is moving my website really free, with no downtime?
Yes, on every plan. We copy your website, test it privately, then switch it over at a quiet time. Your visitors will not notice a thing.
What if my website gets hacked?
On Growth and Scale, cleanup is included. On Starter, we restore a clean backup for free and quote any deeper work separately.
Do you host email?
We recommend Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for reliable business email, and we will help you set it up.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrades happen the same day. We will let you know before you hit your limits.
